Hedonic Happiness
Short-term pleasures derived from experiences and material possessions, such as food and clothing.
Eudaimonic Happiness
Deeper, longer-lasting contentment or life satisfaction associated with living a meaningful life.
Positive Psychology
The study of optimal human functioning, focusing on what is good and adaptive about human behavior.
