Writing task 1 - Glass Bottle Recycling

이 순서도는 폐유리병이 어떻게 재활용되는지를 보여줍니다.

The flowchart illustrates how wasted glass bottles are recycled.

이 과정은 폐유리병 수거로 시작해 재사용 가능한 병을 생산하는 것으로 끝나는, 세 단계로 뚜렷이 나뉘어 있음을 알 수 있습니다.

It is clear that there are three distinct stages in this process, beginning with collection of waste bottles and ending with the eventual production of usable bottles.

첫 번째 단계에서는, 폐유리병이 지정된 수거 장소에 모이고 트럭을 통해 다음 공정지로 운반됩니다.

At the first stage, wasted glass bottles are gathered at a designated collection point and transported for further process by truck.

다음 단계에서, 그 유리병들은 고압수로 세척됩니다.

At the next stage, those wasted glass bottles are washed in high-pressure water.

세척이 끝난 후에는 유리병을 색깔별로 분류하는데, 일반적으로 투명색, 초록색, 갈색으로 나눕니다.

After the cleaning, the bottles are divided in terms of their colours, and the normal classifications include clear, green and brown.

같은 색깔의 병들은 유리 공장으로 보내져, 그곳에서 작은 유리 조각으로 부숴집니다.

The bottles in the same colours are sent to a glass factory where they are broken into glass pieces.

그 후, 유리 조각은 600도에서 800도 사이의 온도로 가마에서 가열됩니다.

Later, the pieces are heated at the temperature of 600C-800C in furnaces.

가열된 유리 조각은 녹아 액체 상태가 됩니다.

After being burned, the pieces are melted into liquid.

다음, 재활용된 액체 유리와 새 원료로 만든 액체 유리를 섞어 유리 주형에 넣어 새로운 병을 만듭니다.

And then, both of the recycled liquid glass and the new liquid glass from virgin materials are mixed and shaped in glass moulds to produce new bottles.

마지막 단계에서는, 새 유리병이 제품을 담는 데 사용되고, 마트에서 판매할 수 있도록 준비됩니다.

At the final stage, the new glass bottles are used to contain products and they are finally ready for sale in supermarkets.
