3 linen protectors, 6 small towels, 1 large towel, basin, soap, gloves, dirty hamper.

Put on gloves

The correct order for washing the perineal area

Outer thigh (R)- inner thigh (R), outer thigh (L)- inner thigh (L), labia (R)- front to back, labia (L)- front to back.

Steps for back/rectal area care

Roll the resident onto the side, wipe rectal area front to back, clean fold for each stroke.

Final steps after completing care

Remove and roll up dirty linen, roll out a new clean linen, perform safety checks, and wash hands.
