Impeachment
Charges against a president approved by a majority of the House of Representatives. The Articles of Impeachment, if passed by the House are then tried in the Senate who acts as the jury.

Civil Trials have a right to a jury and no fact tried may be reexamined in any court of the US than according to common law

excessive bail or fines, cruel and unusual punishments

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The Amendment Process

Virginia Plan
