½ oz Myers Rum, ½ Tia Maria (sub Khalua), fill with hot coffee

Mexican Coffee

½ oz Tequila, ½ Khalua, fill with hot coffee

Kioki (spanish) Coffee

½ oz Brandy, ½ Khalua, fill with hot coffee

Nutty Coffee

½ oz Frangelico, ½ oz Amaretto, fill with hot coffee

Irish Coffee

1 sugar cube, 1 oz Irish Whiskey (ask Jameson or Bushmill), fill with hot coffee

Modern Irish Coffee

½ oz Baileys, ½ oz Irish Whiskey (ask Jameson or Bushmill), fill with hot coffee

Double Modern Irish Coffee

1 oz Bailey’s, fill with hot coffee

Warm Bush

1 sugar cube, 1 oz Bushmills, fill hot coffee

Champagne Cocktail

Champagne glass, no ice, 1 sugar cube, 1 drop bitters fill with champagne, lemon twist

Dubonnet Cocktail

Rocks glass, Ice glass, chilled, 1 oz Vodka or Gin, 1 oz Red Dubonnet (ask up or on the rocks v or g)

Mimosa

Champagne glass, no ice ½, fill with champagne, ½ fill orange juice, strawberry

Poinsettia

Collins glass, ice, ½ fill champagne, ½ fill cranberry juice

Wine Cooler

Collins glass, ice, ½ fill red or blush wine (ask) ½ fill 7-up, cherry

White Wine Spritzer

Collins glass, ice 1.2 fill white wine, ½ fill soda , lemon twist

Negroni

Rocks glass, filled with ice, 1 oz Campari, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, 1 oz Gin, Orange Wedge

Americano

Rocks glass, Ice, 1 ½ oz Campari, 1 ½ oz Sweet Vermouth, fill soda

Kir

White Wine glass, no ice, fill with white wine, ¼ oz creme de cassis, lemon twist

Kir Royale

Champagne glass, no ice, fill with champagne, ¼ oz creme de cassis, lemon twist

Kir Imperial

Champagne glass, no ice, fill with champagne ¼ oz chambord ( sub razzmatazz)

Campari & Soda

highball glass, ice, 1oz Campari, fill with soda, lemon twist

Princess Diana

Champagne glass, no ice, fill with champagne, strawberry

Bloody Diana

Champagne glass, no ice, strawberry smash, fill with champagne
