Syllabus: Absence

Lab attendance required, must submit a absence notification form if the absence is due to religious holiday, or participation in a unlv athletic event. this form must be sent within the first 7 calendar days of the start of the semester.

If absent due to illness the form must be sent within 2 business days but does not guarantee an excused absence. Must have verifiable documentation for absence to be considered.

Assigenments (due dates)

No late work.

Before lab: Complete lab report for last week’s experiments, read chapter for upcoming lab and complete pre-lab.

First 12 minutes is quiz, if arrived late then the student only has the allotted time left to take quiz.

Lab Expectations

NO food, drinks, smoking, drinking, or applying of cosmetics. NO disposal of empty food/drink containers.

Dress code

Student’s feet, arm and legs must be protected. i.e Long pants, no backless/ sleeveless shirts or rips in jeans. closed toed/heel shoes.
