Two doses IM, 4 weeks apart, third dose 5 months after second dose

Rubella live virus

One dose SC, no booster required

Measles live virus

One dose SC, no routine boosters

Influenza vaccine

Annual vaccination with current vaccine

Tetanus-diphtheria toxoid

Two doses IM 4 weeks apart, third d o s e 6 to 12 m o n t h s after second dose, booster every 10 years

Enhanced-potency inactivated poliovirus (E-IPV); live oral polio vaccine (OPV)

E-IPV is preferred for primary

E-IPV should not be given to

vaccination of adults, two

immunocompromised patients
