🔵 Positive Liberty — "Freedom TO"

Simple definition:

Positive Liberty ka matlab hai ki individual ko kuch karne ki azaadi ho — lekin yeh azaadi society aur government ke kuch rules ke saath aati hai.

Example:

Tum speech de sakte ho — "Freedom to speak" — lekin is freedom ke saath kuch restraints (paabandiyaan) bhi hain. Jaise tum kisi ko galat information dekar harm nahi kar sakte.

💡 Yaani: "Main yeh kar sakta hoon" — but within limits.

🔴 Negative Liberty — "Freedom FROM"

Simple definition:

Negative Liberty ka matlab hai ki individual ki zindagi ke kuch personal areas hain jahan koi — government ya society — interfere NAHI kar sakti.

Yeh zero external influence wali azaadi hai.

Example:

Tumhare ghar ke andar tum kya karte ho — government usmein dakhal nahi de sakti. Tum "Freedom from government interference" enjoy karte ho.

💡 Yaani: "Mujhe is cheez se azaad rehna chahiye" — no one can violate this space.
