That Jesus is the Son of God means Jesus came from God and has a divine nature. That Jesus is the Son of Mary means Jesus took His humanity from Mary and has a human nature.

What does Mary's title "New Eve" mean?

Mary fulfills the promise God made to Adam and Eve to save humanity through another man and woman. Eve brought sin into the world by her faithless response to God whereas Mary's faithful response brings about redemption.

Jesus reveals God to us through His deeds - the things He did. His incarnation, life, Death, and Resurrection reveal God to us.
