Will you not use reason?”

افلا تعقلون

Baqarah 2.44

Do they not reflect on the Qur'an?

افلا يَتَدَبَّرون القرءان

Surat An-Nisa, 4:82

So that you may understand

لعلكم تعقلون

Baqarah 242

Indeed, in that are signs for people who reason

إن في ذلك لايات لقوم يعقلون

Have they not thought about their own selves.”

And in yourselves. Then will you not see?”

وفي أنفُسِكُم ، افلا تُبصرون

And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will reflect.

‫ وَتِلۡكَ ٱلۡأَمۡثَـٰلُ نَضۡرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ یَتَفَكَّرُونَ﴿ ﴾‬

59.21

And on the earth are signs for those who are certain.

وفي الأرضِ ءاياتٌ لِلموقنين

51.20
