Offered From Lead

The link was sent to the customer, but the customer has not clicked on the link.

Offered

The customer has clicked on the emailed link and signed in to their account, but they have not done anything else.

Signed

The borrower has signed their TIL but they have not finished with the “add bank” step. The borrower needs to add their bank or click “skip this step.” They are not done until they see the dashboard.

Submitted

Borrower has completed the online app. The borrower still has some to-dos.

Approved

The loan status could read Approved or Open. If it reads “Approved,” both the borrower and Upgrade have completed their steps. The account is in the process of being opened. Just wait until the loan status reads “Opened”
