Fair trade
A way of buying and selling products that makes sure the producers are treated fairly and paid properly
Trade
The buying or selling of goods and services between people or countries
Interdependent
When two or more people, groups or countries rely on each other for goods, services or help
Globalisation
The process by which the world becomes more connected through trade, communication and travel
Free trade
trade between countries without fees or taxes on imports and exports
Primary sector
The part of the economy which takes raw materials from nature, such as farming, fishing, or mining

a factory where workers are paid very little and work in very unsafe and poor conditions
