DC's inferior thumb or patient's thumb on superior pubic symphysis for activator/SLI adjustment

Inferior hand, lateral aspect of the head of the 5th metacapal (knife edge), wrapped around the ASIS at the superior edge with the patient's knee at hte DC's sternum

I-S in a gentle scooping motion
How do you find the round ligament?
Lateral and inferior 45 degrees form Belly button
Medial and inferior 45 degrees form ASIS

Headward lunge on either side of the table
What is the DR contact for the round ligament release?
Thumb on the affected side (check both ligaments)
What is the LOC for the round ligament release?
I-S
How much pressure do you use for the round ligament release?
Meet the patient's tone and hold contact until round ligament releases - 1-3 minutes
