Age Discrimination in Employment Act

Hostile environment

Requires reasonable accommodations for pregnant and nursing women at work.

Provides requirements for reasonable accommodations for pregnant and nursing women.
Validity
Metrics accurately measure what they claim to measure.
Reliability
The measure provides consistent results across different evaluators.
