Amoxicillin/Clavulanate (Augmentin, Augmentin XR)

Class: Aminopenicillins. Treats bacterial infections, such as tonsillitis, bronchitis, and sinusitis.

Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole (Bactrim, Bactrim DS, Septra)

Class: Sulfonamides. Treats ear infections, urinary tract infections, bronchitis, traveler's diarrhea, shigellosis, and pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia.

Clindamycin/Benzoyl Peroxide (BenzaClin)

Class: Antibacterial Drug, Topical Antibiotic. Treats bacteria growing on skin, acne.

Ciprofloxacin/Dexamethasone (Ciprodex)

Class: Otic Steroids with anti-infectives. A combination medicine used to treat infections inside the ear.

Fluconazole (Diflucan)

Class: Azole Antifungals. Used to treat serious fungal or yeast infections (vagina, mouth, or throat, lungs).

Acyclovir (Zovirax)

Class: Purine Nucleosides. Slows the growth and spread of the herpes virus in the body.

Valacyclovir (Valtrex)

Class: Purine Nucleosides. Treats infections caused by herpes viruses, including genital herpes, cold sores, and shingles.

Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate (Plaquenil)

Class: Antimalarial quinolines, Antirheumatics. Used to treat or prevent malaria, a disease caused by parasites that enter the body through the bite of a mosquito.

Metronidazole (Flagyl)

Class: Amebicides, Miscellaneous antibiotics. Used to treat certain infections of the vagina, stomach, liver, skin, joints, brain and spinal cord, lungs, heart, or bloodstream.

Lorazepam (Ativan)

Class: Benzodiazepine Anticonvulsants, Benzodiazepines, Miscellaneous Antiemetics. Enhances the activity of certain neurotransmitters in the brain and can treat anxiety.
