Feynman Technique (Step 1)
Select a topic to understand deeply.
Feynman Technique (Step 2)
Explain it in simple terms or to a child.
Feynman Technique (Step 3)
Identify and fill gaps in your understanding.
Feynman Technique (Step 4)
Refine your explanation for clarity and accuracy.
Feynman Technique (Step 5)
Test yourself and simplify the explanation further.
The Leitner System
A learning method where information is reviewed based on difficulty: Hard (3×Week), Medium (2×Week), and Easy (1×Week).
Active Recall
The process of strengthening neural connections by forcing your brain to dig information out instead of passively absorbing it.
Diversify your resources
Using varied study materials, such as videos, books, or sticky notes, to engage multiple senses and reinforce learning.
Focus on your health
Prioritising sleep, nutrition, and exercise to maintain a healthy brain for effective learning and memory.
Draw connections
Using analogies to relate new information to familiar concepts, making it easier to understand and remember.
Space your learning
Practicing spacing out study sessions to allow time for information to sink in and reduce cognitive overload.
Seek deep understanding
Focusing on understanding the 'why' behind things to deepen comprehension and make information more meaningful.
Chunk information
Breaking down complex topics into smaller, manageable chunks to prevent overwhelm and use step-by-step learning.
