Monera

A kingdom of organisms that are single-celled and have no nucleus.

Protista

A kingdom of organisms that are mostly single-celled and possess a nucleus.

Fungi

A kingdom of decomposers that absorb food and do not photosynthesise.

Plantae

A kingdom of organisms that have cell walls and perform photosynthesis.

Animalia

A kingdom of multicellular organisms that have no cell walls.

The 3 Domains

Bacteria, Archaea, and Eukarya.

General Rule of Hierarchical Classification

As you go down the levels from Kingdom to Species, organisms become more similar.
