recover
To return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength (Russian: восстановиться).
get plenty of rest
To obtain a large or sufficient amount of sleep and relaxation to aid recovery.
stay hydrated
To drink enough water to maintain the body's fluid balance.
avoid stress
To steer clear of mental or emotional strain or tension.
make an appointment
To arrange a specific time and date to see a professional, such as a doctor (Russian: записаться).
see a specialist
To consult a medical professional who has expert knowledge in a specific area of medicine.
follow the doctor's advice
To act according to the instructions or suggestions provided by a medical practitioner.
ignore symptoms
To take no notice of physical or mental features that indicate a condition of disease.
catch an infection
To become ill with a disease caused by microorganisms like bacteria or viruses.
prescription
A formal instruction written by a doctor that authorizes a patient to be provided with a specific medicine or treatment.
examination
A physical inspection or check-up performed by a doctor (Russian: осмотр).
side effects
Secondary, typically undesirable, effects of a drug or medical treatment (Russian: побочные эффект).
unconscious
A state where a person is not awake and is unable to respond to their environment.
faint
To lose consciousness for a short time, usually due to a temporary lack of oxygen to the brain.
private hospital
A healthcare facility owned and operated by a company or non-profit organization rather than the government.
national / government hospital
A hospital funded and operated by the state or public sector.
stamp
An official mark or device used for marking documents (Russian: печать).
get rid of
To take action so as to be free of something unwanted (Russian: избавляться).
to bear
To endure or tolerate something difficult, such as intense pain.
food poisoning
Illness caused by bacteria or other toxins in food, typically with vomiting and diarrhea.
high fever
A body temperature that is significantly higher than normal.
