Define problem: What/who has to change – help buss reach goals

Define objective: Describe desired outcome/goal. Be specific.

Identify driving forces: (pros)

Factors support change – how change add value to buss.

Identify restraining forces: (cons) Factors resisting change.

Develop change strategy:

Factors both supporting + resisting change represented.

correct/desired one. (self-censorship – little voice says make

a fool of yourself)
