1. People believe – one correct answer – scared to
volunteer an answer in case it is not the
correct/desired one. (self-censorship – little voice says make
a fool of yourself)
2. Lack of sleep – combined with stress
3. Mind set: “this works well, why change?” (comfort
zone)
4. Not enough time – avoid making time
5. Micro management
6. “I am not creative” create self-fulfilling prophesy.
