Structure that controls the shape of the lens and produces aqueous humor.

Sclera

White of eye, maintains shape of eyeball

Iris

Contains muscles that control the amount o flight entering eye by changing pupil diameter

Cornea

Transparent, refracts light

Pupil

Opening of iris, allows light to enter eye

Macula Lutea

High photoreceptor density, responsible for sharp central vision

Fovea centralis

Produces highest visual acuity, center of macula lata

Optic disc

No photoreceptors, optic nerve exits eye here

Lens

Refracts light rays to focus them on the retina

Optic Nerve

Carries input from eye to brain

Vitreous humor

Gelatinous material, maintains shape of eye, fills posterior cavity
