If you have an issue with your operating system, what are two of the ways you can factory reset your machine?
Recovery partition (resets the OS to its factory state)
Reset windows —> Reset (Lets you reset without a new license)
If I have an issue with my windows OS and want to factory reset it without loosing my user data what can I do?
Windows Reset —> Refresh
What are some system requirements that some applications might have?
CPU, System memory, Storage, 32-Bit vs 64-Bit, features, speed/cores,
What is something you should consider when deploying a new application in a business?
User training, increased support requirements (more things to think about), Network load, and licensing and compliance

Power On Self Test —> Beep (BIOS codes) that lets you know that the components of your machine are in working order. (1 solid beep = Good)
An issue with these components will not give an error bios code in the POST when turning on your machine

What are two boot recovery tools you can use when troubleshooting boot issues with your machine?
Advanced boot options (F8 key repeatedly on startup), Safe mode (Starts up without majority of drivers and services)
This windows tool allows you to create restore points on your machine which you can return to before an issue occurred
System Restore (Backs up everything but your user data —> You wont gain or loose data)

Drive C (System drive)
If I find that I have an issue after updating windows what can I do?
Roll back the update or new drivers that were installed at the same time in the device manager.
If I am having issues with sluggish performance, where can I go to try to diagnose the issue?
Task manager, resource monitor, performance monitor, Restart the machine
What are some common troubleshooting steps you can take?
Apply updates and defragment HDs, Verify requirements and add resources, Disable startup items and unnecessary services, Test for power management issues.
