Good morning, judges. It’s great to be here today. My name is Lê Hoàng Anh, and I am 24 years old. I graduated with Multimedia Communication. Recently, I worked as a Passenger Service Officer for Vietjet Air at Noi Bai airport for 1 year. This experience helped me understand airline operations and Customer service deeply. I love Vietjet, I love the working environment there. I’m young person, I’m ready to become a cabin crew member at Vietjet Air.

Your graduated with Multimedia Communication. How does this creative background help you as a Flight attendent?

Multimedia Communication taught me how to listen and understand people’s need. On a flight, there skills help me connect with passenger easily and make them feel comfortable. Moreover, the creativity help me solve a problems quickly and calmly. I believe communication and understanding is the key to customer service.

Why did you decide to leave the media industry to comit to aviation?

While studying media, I realized that I prefer meet to people. Aviation help me to meet hundreds of passenger every day and I can help them. I feel that my energy match the aviation industry. And become cabin crew member is step for my passion.
