1st

freedom of speech, press, religion, protesting/petitioning, peaceably gathering

2nd

You have the right to own a gun for self or public security

3rd

Soldiers cannot enter your home in peace or war without your permission

4th

Privacy. No searching your house without a warrant. (also means you can’t take videos of others or things like that)

5th

Criminal cases. Miranda rights. (silent, can be used against you, etc)

6th

You have a right to a quick trial and you have to be provided with a lawyer

7th

Civil cases. Must be above $20 fine. Issues brought by individuals against individuals

8th

No excessive bail or cruel and unusual punishment

9th

Even though some rights are listed in the constitution, that doesn’t mean you only have the rights listed here.

10th

Any power not given to the government is given to the states and the people
