Mand. Centrals - Overview

Pulp outline wider LL.
Root curve D or DL.
Remove lingual shoulder if present.
Outline access form: OVal/rounded triangle (dep. on pulp horns).
Entry point: ling surface above cingulum.
CEJ pulp outline oval, wider LL than MD. Midroot canal outline still oval, canal constricted & narrower labiolinguallt.
Dentinal bridhe present in pulp chamber → divides root into 2 canals.
2 canals join & exit through single apical foramen but can also just be 2 sep. canals.
Mand Centrals - Outline form access
Small & narrow anatomy.
Outline form: Oval/trianguar
—> Triangular: Short incisal base, long M&D legs → compressed long triangle.
—> Oval form: Less prominent pulp horns. Narrow MD & long incisogingivaly.
Lingual shoulder completely removed to expose canal/canals.
2 canals = B&L
Lingual canal missed.
Access extended into cingulum gingivally.
Mand Lateral - Overview
1:1/2 (L&L)
Root: Straight curvature (distally somtimes).
Crown tilted distally on root.
Pulp chamber: Wider LL. 2 canals may join apically.
Lingual shoulder: PROMINENT. —> REMOVAL.
Outline form: Narrow oval (long incisogingivally).
Mand lateral - Outline form acess
Narrow oval or triangular if horns prominent.
Entry point: Lingual surface above cinhulum → extended deeper gingivally for better access.
Access may need lingual extention to locate hidden second canal.
Mand canine - Overview

Canals L+L.
Canal wider BL but narrow MD.
Lingual shoulder removal ti access ling. wall OR 2nd canal.
Mand Canine - Outline access form
Access: Oval/slot shaped w/matching pulp chamber width.
Incisal extention: Up on incisal edge for straight line access.
Gingival extention: Into cinhulum, locating ling. canal.
