Plurality with Elimination Method

Method Of Sealed Bids
The method of sealed bids is a fair-division procedure in which each party privately submits a dollar value bid on every item, each item goes to the highest bidder, and cash payments are made (through a settlement calculated from the bids) to equalize the total value each party receives.
Hamiltons Method
