How do I conjugate a verb?

1. identify the subject of the sentence (Yo, Ella, etc.)

2. Identify the verb you are going to use (hablar, comer, salir, etc.)

3. Drop the verb ending (-ar / -er / -ir)

4. Check the verb conjugation chart (graph) on your handout, and/or the individual cards here.

5. Add that ending to the stem of the verb and you have something like Yo hablo, Ella come, Nosotros salimos, etc.)
