Weakness and growth

I used to have trouble with being overly focused on making everything perfect. I have been working to address this by focusing on completing tasks efficiently while still maintaining a high standard. I realized i was improving because i became better at balancing productivity with quality

influences me to be honest, transparent and consistent with my work. I believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching, taking ownership of my actions and communicating honestly with my coworkers and supervisors

guides how I interact with others. I make an effort to listen to different perspectives, communicate professionally, and treat everybody with kindness and fairness

Responsibility

motivates me to be dependable and accountable for my work. i make sure i complete tasks on time, take ownership of my mistakes and do my best to meet expectations

To me, this quote means that i need to focus on my own personal growth rather than comparing myself to the people around me. Im a firm believer that comparison is the killer of happiness, and constantly comparing myself to others can take away from appreciating my own growth. Everyone grows and succeeds at their own pace, so instead of worrying about being better than someone else, I should focus on becoming the best version of myself and letting myself grow naturally

My motivation

My greatest motivation is my parents. They never had any of the opportunities that I have today, yet they have worked incredibly hard to give me the life i have. because of their sacrifices, I have never taken an opportunity for granted. I strive to make the most of every opportunity that comes my way and work hard to give back to them for everything they provided for me. I work as hard as i do because I want my parents to see my succeed, and in a way share that success with me. Everything i accomplish is a reflection of their love, support and sacrifices and I hope to make them proud every step of the way.
