(max-min)/ # of classes

how to find lower class limit

use minimum and add class width all the way down the classes.

how to find upper class limit

subtract one from the lower-class limit below and for the last one add the class width.

tally’s

make tally’s for the data in the class limits.

frequency

add up the tally’s

class marks

(upper class limit + lower class limit) / 2, after the first one just add the class width.

class boundaries

take .5 below the lower-class limit and .5 above the upper-class limit.

cumulative frequency

start with the first frequency and then add them up downwards.
