pre maneuver checklist

locate nearest field for landing in case of emergency, GUMPS check, clearing turns (coordinate w traffic on 123.3 if within 3-4 miles)

gas - adequate, undercarriage - N/A in archer, mixture - FULL RICH, prop - N/A in archer, swtiches - lights and fuel pumps ON

procedure altitude

600’-1000’ AGL (recommend 1200’MSL) in non-congested area

determine wind direction for downwind (______) entry

cruise speed

100-115 KIAS, bug reference heading

steepest

highest groundspeed = ____ bank

shallow
