What is Primary Data?
data that is collected ‘first hand’ by a researcher for the purpose of their study

Specifically gather the info needed for the research and therefore it is very relevant

A research method that combines and analyzes data from multiple studies on the same topic to identify overall trends.

A variable that is manipulated or altered by the experimenter

This variable is the main measured outcome of the experiment

A variable that may have an effect on the dependent variable if it is not controlled

this variable are any individual differences between participants that may affect the DV

This variables are any features of the experimental situation that may affect the DV
