Red = high myoglobin, endurance, White = low myoglobin, quick bursts
Explain how smooth muscle differs from skeletal muscle
Smooth = involuntary, non-striated, Skeletal = voluntary, striated

Cardiac = involuntary, branching cells, intercalated discs, Skeletal = voluntary, long cylindrical cells
