Tropical Rainforest
No Seasonality (Near Equator); High Temps all year round (25 C) and Humid all year round (300mm)
Tropical Seasonal Forests and Savannahs
Seasonality; Moderate Temps (25 C) and High Humidity (300nm) until June/July, where temperatures slightly dip and humidity drops considerably (20mm) making conditions unsuitable for plant growth during these months
Desert
Seasonality; Colder in winter months (10 C) with a spike in temp in the summer months (35 C); Dry all year round, unsuitable for plant growth
Temperate Grassland
Seasonality; Subfreezing Temperatures Dec-Feb (-10 C) and moderate precip (20mm); Gradual increase in precip to a high of 120mm in June and July and temperature to around 25 C
Temperate Shrubland and Woodlands
Gradual increase in temperature from 10 C to around 25 C in summer months; Precipitation average around 60mm until June and July, when it drops to 20mm (unsuitable for plant growth) and spikes again to around 120mm in October, after which it averages out again
Temperate Deciduous Forest
Subfreezing Temperature Dec-Feb (-10 C) with a gradual increase to 20 C in June and July, after which poit it gradually starts to decrease again; Humidity lower in winter (60mm) and increases to a high of 90mm in June and July, after which point it starts to decrease again.
Temperate Evergreen Forest
Average Temperature in winter months, with a gradual decrease to about 10 C in June and July, after which point it starts to increase again; Average precipitation in winter months (75mm) which starts to decline toward summer months to around 40mm in March with a sharp spike in June back up to 75mm, after which point there is a sharp decline back down to 40mm in July, and then starts to rise again
Borreal
Subfreezing temperatures October-March with a low of -30 C; starts to rise after August to a high of 10 C in June and July. Precipitation nearly parallel to temperature graph with a low of 10mm in winter months and a high of 50mm in June and July
Tundra
Subfreezing temperatures September-March with a low of -30 in December and January. Gradual increase in temperature to a high of 8 C in July. Precipitation graph nearly parallel with a low of 10mm in Winter months and a high of 30mm in July and August
