Use 就是 jiùshì + verb to emphasize on an action. The word 就是 jiùshì doesn't have actual meaning in English, it is used to express insisting on an action indicated by the verb after it.

• 她就是要取消这个约会。 Tā jiùshì yào qǔxiāo zhègè yuēhuì. (She [insists on] canceling this date.)

• 我哥哥就是要和她见面。 Wǒ gēge jiùshì yào hé tā jiànmiàn. (My older brother [insists on] meeting with her.)

Use the structure 又 yòu + negation of verb to emphasize the effect of the negation.

• 我又没有和你预约。 Wǒ yòu méiyǒu hé nǐ yùyuē. (I [didn't] make an appointment with you.)

• 你又不喜欢他，为什么要和他约会？ Nǐ yòu bù xǐhuān tā, wèishénme yào hé tā yuēhuì? (You [don't] like him; why did you go on a date with him?)
