Common T cell precursor and what they lead to

T cell precusor is adaptive and lymph is innate.

TH17

• Recruits neutrophils to the fight. This is the same as ILC 3 cells in the lymph lineage

TH2

• Activate B cells to make IgG to fight parasitic infections. This is the same as ILC 2 in the lymph lineage. They release the same cytokines

TH1

• Does the same job as ILT cells, more specfic than ILT and secrete the same cytokines. Same as ILC 1 in lymph.

• Effector cell (TFH), activated by dendritic cells.

CD8

• Coreceptor for TCRs and will have a higher specificity, CD markers are usually found on the outside of the cells due to being a high specificity marker. Same as NK cells in lymph.
