Intellect and Free Will

Powers given by God to humans to make decisions and judgments and to choose between God or selfishness.

Personal Environment

The aspect of a person's life they can control, specifically their reactions and attitudes.

Trinity

The mystery of three persons in one God: God the father, God the son, and God the holy spirit, who exist in a community of love and work in unity.

Incarnation

The mystery of the son of God becoming 'in the flesh,' starting with Jesus' conception through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Paschal mystery

The suffering, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus, celebrated during the mass.

The Kingdom of God

A reality revealed by Jesus, who teaches followers to follow God's will.

Jesus' Mission

The ending of the power of sin and death over humanity through Jesus.
