Anatomical Position
Provides common reference, standing up right, feet parallel and on the floor head level and forward. Arm at the sides with palms facing forward. This position is used to ensure clear communication of anatomical structures and locations.

Equal left and right halves other sagittal planes divide into unequal left and right parts
