Supreme Court case in which a man was asking the court to force the executive branch to give him a job which the former president had appointed him to. The Supreme Court decided that they could not force the government to do this, but they do have judicial review.

Supreme Court case in which a poor citizen was arrested for breaking and entering, he was denied a lawyer when he could not afford one. The Supreme Court decided that citizens have a right to lawyer so the government must give them one if they can't pay for one themselves.

The Supreme Court decided that individuals have a right to have their rights read to them when they're arrested.

Supreme Court decided that people's right to know what he did is more important than the president's right to secrecy.
