I. Point exterior cameras away from the building.
II. On Genetec: Right click Longmont/sub menu Area/Doors/Override unlock schedules/SET unlocked for maintenance.
Ill. Notify RSOC to monitor conditions throughout the building.
IV. Call essential personnel (Adam, Security manager, IC's, Facilities on call, and EH&S) Use teams to send out FYI Notification.
V. Use the Fire Panel overhead speaker to alert employees to shelter in place: Remove Mic and press "ALL CALL" press and hold to speak. Once finished press the button and press "ALL CALL" again. (Say: Tornado Warning- shelter in place/ go to shelter)
VI. Prepare/Grab materials: Print weather report and maps, current wind direction, Counties under watch and current site activity, take incident bag containing the laptops.
VII. Dispatch a guard to help direct everyone to the Tornado Shelters on the first floor in the Southeast corner of the building.
VIII. Complete an incident report when the ALL CLEAR is given. (Always DAR everything)

II. Never leave a voicemail. Instead call the next person on the list, if you reach the end of the list start over until someone answers.

IV. If a SMT asks for you to call someone else, tell them politely "I am unable to do that, I have other calls to make."
What actions do you take if you or a fellow officer gets injured?
I. If it is outside of business hours (6PM to 6AM) it is an automatic 911 call.
II. Otherwise ask if they need 911, if it is a severe emergency.
Ill. Dispatch guard with AED and MERT bag to location.
IV. Call 911 if necessary.
V. Use teams to page MERT. Let the security manager know.
VI. Document everything and fill out an IR afterward.
