Transformational (adj.)

In leadership, an approach focused primarily on serving the needs of team members and supporting their growth.
Authoritative (adj.)
Commanding, confident, and reliable; enforcing obedience through recognized expertise or position.
Affiliative (adj.)
Focused on building strong emotional bonds, harmony, and connection within a team.
