The Over-Talker

I love your enthusiasm, [NAME], To make sure we hear from everyone, lets have the resto fh teir room drop their thoughts on [NAME]’s point in the chat.

Disengaged/Distracted Attendee

Instead of asking the general room, target them directly, “[NAME], would you mind coming off chat and sharing X.”

Intentional Silence

Use the 8-second rule. If nobody answers your prompt, smile confidently and call on someone, “[NAME], what is your guess?

Know-it-All

Validate their experience, “With your tenure, you’ve seen this in action. Which part of X most resonates with you?”

Confidently Wrong Answer

“I can absolutely see why you’d say that because we see that issue pop up often. If we look a bit broader, what else might it be?”

Simulated Tech Issue

Just pivot to another feature or functionality.
