Assessment of Needs and Capacity
The process of collecting and analyzing data to determine the health needs of a population and the resources available to address those needs.
PRECEDE-PROCEED Model
A planning model used to guide the development of health education programs through phases of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Epidemiological Assessment

Objectives focusing on the implementation process of a program, including daily tasks and activities required to reach intended audiences.
Impact Objectives
Objectives that describe the immediate observable effects of a program, such as changes in learning, behavior, or environment.
Outcome Objectives
Long-term objectives that aim for changes in health status and quality of life resulting from a program.
Logic Model
A systematic visual representation that illustrates the relationship among resources, activities, outputs, and outcomes of a program.
