The process of taking something wild and starting to control it and farm it. For example, taking wild seeds and planting them on a farm.
Agricultural revolution
A big change in agriculture.
Subsistence farming
Farming to feed the family or the community. This is not farming for profit.
Commercial farming
Farming plants and animals to sell and make profit.
Rural area
The countryside.
Urban area
The city.
