Point
A location in space without size or dimension.
Line
A straight one-dimensional figure having no thickness and extending infinitely in both directions.
Plane
A flat two-dimensional surface that extends infinitely in all directions.
Angle
Formed by two rays (sides of the angle) meeting at a common endpoint (vertex).
Acute Angle
An angle that is less than 90 degrees.
Right Angle
An angle that is exactly 90 degrees.
Obtuse Angle
An angle that is greater than 90 degrees but less than 180 degrees.
Straight Angle
An angle that is exactly 180 degrees.
Equilateral Triangle
A triangle with all sides equal.
Isosceles Triangle
A triangle with two sides equal.
Scalene Triangle
A triangle with all sides different.
Acute Triangle
A triangle where all angles are acute.
Right Triangle
A triangle with one right angle.
Obtuse Triangle
A triangle with one obtuse angle.
Quadrilateral
A four-sided polygon.
Square
A quadrilateral with four equal sides and four right angles.
Rectangle
A quadrilateral with opposite sides equal and four right angles.
Parallelogram
A quadrilateral with opposite sides equal and parallel.
Trapezoid
A quadrilateral with at least one pair of parallel sides.
Circle
A set of points in a plane that are equidistant from a given point (center).
Radius
The distance from the center to a point on the circle.
Diameter
The distance across the circle through the center (twice the radius).
Circumference
The distance around the circle.
Solid Geometry
Involves three-dimensional shapes such as cubes, spheres, and pyramids.
Volume
A measurement of the amount of space occupied by a three-dimensional object.
Surface Area
The total area that the surface of a three-dimensional object occupies.
