yes the lactic acid uses oxygen, the duration is usualy longer than 2 minutes and the intensity is Low to moderate (although it can contribute during harder exercise too)

the arobics main food source is carbohydrates and fats, it produces energy More slowly, but it can keep producing ATP for a long time and its by-products are Carbon dioxide + water

The systems don't work completely separately.ALL THREE energy systems are working during exercise, but one system becomes dominant depending on the activity's intensity and duration.
