Polar because the dipole doesn't cancel out.

Polar because even though it looks even it is not because there is 2 one pair is oxygen that drags the chlorine down which makes the dipole not cancel out because the ares are both facing up.

non polar because the dipople movement cancel out because all the arrows cancels out.
