You’re too small? We were actually designed specifically for smaller one to five person shops because you guys understand the importance of those client relationships. What do you guys do to keep in touch with your clients?

 Phone calls, emails. and texting? Yea, most of the independent agents I work with typically reach out  with a phone call or email around renewals. How often are you speaking with your average client?

I have xyz System, I already have something in place

Yea man I figured you would. The vast majority of agents that we work with had something in place before they started using levitate, because those are the people that recognize how important this stuff is. What is it that you guys are doing over there?

I have a system through my upline that is comped

A lot of agents we work with are getting something for free through their upline or carriers or fmo. There is a reason those products are free and generally it’s because they are not of the quality of something that is more expensive or paid for. What are your goals? What are you hoping to get of of them?

I have automations in place/my crm does all that

Okay automations? Yea a lot of agents I work with use something automated to handle some of the outreach but asides from the automations what do you guys do to reach out personally throughout the year?

oh I mean if that’s the case I know most firms bring on a variety of different systems to help with their goals. this is actually a really good time to look at this since everything is fresh on your mind and you can compare the functionalities and identify the potential gaps in utilization. What was the goal of bringing on this new system?
