focus on studying thoughts and their relationship to our experiences and actions

study of development across life span (childhood to adulthood)

focuses on patterns of thought/behaviors that make people unique

Social

focuses on how we interact w/ each other

Industrial - Organizational

puts theories, principles, etc in the business field

Health

how health is affected by biological, psychological, and social factors

Sport & Exercise

how active behavior affects mental/emotional health

Clinical

focuses on diagnosis and treatement of psych. disorders and other problematic behaviors
