When acting as PIC under IFR or in weather less than VFR
When carrying passengers for hire on XC flights >50nm or night

Recency of experience to act as PIC under IFR? No 6HITS? More than 6 moths since current?
Within the previous 6 calendar months: 6 instrument approaches, holding, and intercepting and tracking courses by navigational systems.
Additional 6 months to perform with safety pilot.
After 6 months without currency, IPC required
What must the IPC cover?
ATC Clearances and procedures, Flight by instruments, Nav systems, IAPs, Emergency operations, and Post flight procedures.
