PGIM
The asset management arm of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU), managing over 1.5 trillion in assets and serving over 2,000 institutional clients globally as of December 31st, 2025.
Fixed-Income Securities
Debt instruments issued by governments, corporations, and other entities that pay a fixed amount of interest in the form of coupon payments until maturity, when investors are repaid the principal amount invested.
Buy-Side Firm
A financial participant (such as PGIM, hedge funds, pension funds, or mutual funds) that buys and invests large portions of securities for the purpose of money or fund management.
Sell-Side Firm
A brokerage or investment banking firm that deals with the creation, promotion, and selling of traded securities to the public and buy-side asset managers.

Credit Research (PGIM Early Talent Program)
A functional area that performs fundamental credit investment analysis, defines relative value within issuer capital structures and industry sectors, and communicates investment recommendations to Portfolio Managers.
Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG)
A group at PGIM that evaluates portfolio positioning regarding risk exposures and internal relative value views to provide portfolio construction, alignment insight, and attribution analysis across investment products.
