What is the difference between case-control and cross-sectional studies?
Case-control: consists of case group and control group which are with and without the outcome of interest respectively (mainly finding a correlation)
Cross-sectional: More about the PREVALENCE of something over a certain amount of time.
What is the difference between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat? How can they be similar according to Weber’s theory?
Bourgeoise is the ONLY owner of the means of production while proletariat works for them. Both classes can be similar according to Weber based on the fact that they can both be within the upper class like a doctor versus the owner of the hospital.
